What I find interesting about it and stimulating, many of your pieces in particular is the use of space on the page.
It’s like adding texture to the words that you don’t get with short stories.
In the case of your piece ‘Dark Chocolat' you accomplished the same thing in the spoken version by layering on not just the tempo of the words - but the drawn out Southern drawl, like the words had been dipped in molasses…
To me…they are stimulating, like espresso served to a child unfamiliar with the bitter taste, but then I spend the rest of the day bouncing off the walls after having gone through the collection.
Another fantastic, sinful collection! Well done poets! 🔥🤍
As Oli points out, planning for the future is entirely reasonable, yet at some point that crosses over into greed. Where do we draw the line?
Thanks Robert, that is the question. I am glad it made you think.
Stunning collection. Oli’s was a brilliant, short poem. The ending of it took me out.
You are welcome Maggie. I try my best.
These were all positively sinful--!! But I suppose that's the whole point... 😅
Especially Hillary’s antics!
I'm greedy for more poetry...more than I was yesterday...this is weird...
This was phenomenal. I'm coming back to re-read them slowly.
I’m hungry for Debdutta today!!!! Slothness.
Each piece is fantastic!!
Thank you so much!
Stimulating pieces.
Ha, the sarcasm is dripping.
I wouldn’t say amber runs on the blade.
I never really read poetry until a few weeks ago.

So so so so good. I am greedy for more.
That’s why we love ya.
""you'll be alright, child."
take solace and see-
these sins are not so deadly"
-the devil says to me "
Ooooo. So spooky and good!
Thank you, Melanie!
The ending to Laura’s poem gave me chillllllllls.
❤️❤️❤️
Such brilliance in one post! Truly remarkable.
Thank you!!!
HUGE thanks to the four accompanying authors in this collection!
Three sins down, four to go ^_^.
I can’t wait for envy!
This is our most popular sin, I thought Wrath would be; what happened?! cries
